How can I place an order?
Showstopper Exhibits accepts orders via telephone (888) 547-0377, fax (804)
643-4043, our website and e-mail.
When
should I order a display?
The sooner the better. We suggest that you order well in advance of your
next trade show so that the display can be available for effective use at
the appropriate time. Don't wait until the last minute!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Cashiers checks or money orders at time of
order will also expedite shipment. Our street address for overnight shipment

How
much is shipping?
The
shipping of hardware is always free at Showstopper Exhibits via FedEx
Ground delivery in the 48 Continental United States, however there is
a freight charge on all graphics
orders. These
charges are shown on the Graphics Packages pages.
Additional charges apply for expedited shipping services.
How
are displays shipped?
We ship FedEx Ground Delivery within the continental USA. Once you receive
your display, most can be shipped by package carriers including ground,
overnight or checked as airplane baggage.
What
is your lead-time?
How long will it take to get my display shipped?
Our standard lead time on all colors is 5-7 business days. Black (Coal),
blue (Imperial) and silver can ship same or next day and is always in stock. The Supreme, Masterpiece and Marketer I & II will usually ship the same business day if the order is in by 12:00 noon or the next business day if after that. The Traveler and Showstopper ship the next business day.
How long does it take my order to get to me?
For the Supreme, Masterpiece and Marketer I & II, please allow five business days from date of order to the East Coast. Four business days to the Midwest and two or three business days for most of the West Coast except Southern California which is one day. For the Traveler and Showstopper, please allow three business days to either coast and one or two business days to the Midwest.

Do
you charge tax?
We only charge tax if we ship to an address inside Virginia (5%).
Does
the shipping case have wheels?
Yes. One person should have no problem transporting the display.

How
do the fabric panels and mural graphics connect to the frame?
Panels connect using a magnet-to-magnet connection.
How
long does it take to set up? Is it easy?
Set up usually takes about 15
minutes if it's your first time. After that it's usually 10 minutes. All
of our products come with easy-to-read instructions. Check out our Setup
Instructions page with picture examples of a trade show booth being setup.
How
much do your exhibits weigh?
On average our 10' units weigh 95 lbs. fully packed and can ship on any
airline. Some airlines charge a $40-80 fee due to 50-70 lb. limits.
Which display is best for me, a floor model
or table top?
Most people find floor displays the most effective, and they feel they get
the most impact for the investment. The floor models usually create larger,
more attractive, eye-catching displays than the tabletops. Additionally, you
avoid the renting or search for tables to use. The 10' pop-up is probably
the most popular display in the industry.
What warranty comes with your trade show
displays?
Showstopper Exhibits offers the following warranty on the following models. The hardware has a lifetime warranty based on our
warranty certificate. If the hardware becomes broken due to
manufacturing defects, we will provide you with a return authorization form
to ship the product back for repair or replacement. In most cases you can
make the repairs yourself.
