Helpful Advice When Designing Your Trade Show Display Graphics

These are basic file set-up guidelines to ensure successful submission and printing of your files for Lambda output. Further below we list specific examples for size and DPI (dots per inch) to help when designing your graphics

• It is mandatory you set up files at 1/4 scale (see below). Be sure to add 1/2” bleed on all sides. (Both sides and top and bottom)
• Graphics at final size should be 100dpi. This means if you are delivering artwork at 1/4 scale it will need to be 400dpi, so when enlarged 4 times it will be 100dpi to the final size. (This includes ALL photography and computer generated artwork to be displayed on your trade show exhibit.)
• All type should be vector artwork for best quality.
• If PMS (Pantone) Match is required please send vector file or layered PSD (Photoshop Document) file and indicate PMS (Pantone) color matches on hard copy.
  
• Save raster files larger than 12000 pixels in any direction as .eps files.
• Use raster .eps files for images with clipping paths, NOT tiff files.
• Include all linked images and used fonts.
• For 20-foot trade show display graphics, DO NOT send via FTP. Please send on CD or DVD.

10-foot Trade Show Displays

This applies to the following display: Supreme trade show display.

These size measurements are for the "SS" displays. "A" display measurements are variable, please call 1-888-547-0377 for exact specifications. "E" display measurements are 89 1/2" H x 27 5/8" for the front panels and 89 1/2" H x 23" W for the end caps. All panel illustrations can be seen on the Panel Sizes Page.

10-foot Serpentine Trade Show Display

This applies to the Promoter type "SS" trade show display.

10-foot Straightwall Trade Show Display

This applies to the Straight Wall type "SS" trade show display.

20-foot Gullwing Trade Show Displays

This applies to the following displays: Expander, Excelsior and the Elite type "SS" trade show display. When designing mural for the 20-foot displays you do not necessarily need to design graphics for the endcaps.
